1. Delivery address

This is the address where the energy or water is used.

2. Invoice number

Each bill contains an individual invoice number from us in accordance with legal requirements. This helps us to answer questions about your bill quickly and competently.

3. Contract account number

Under the contract account number, we will outline all of your payment transactions.

4. Billing period

For this time period, we will invoice the energy costs which are stated.

5. Energy costs for water

Net amount for the type of supply water.

6. Value added tax

Currently 7 %.

7. Invoice amount

Amount for all services including value added tax.

8. Payments on account

Amount of payments on account made until now.

9. Budget billing amount

We calculate the new advanced payment according to your individual consumption patterns.

10. Payment date

For the payments on account, we will advise you of the payment date. The payments are charged on these dates from your account provided corresponding approval has been granted.

11. Contracting parties

Each supply (electricity, gas, water and district heating) has a unique number.

13. Invoice number

14. Contract account number

16. Meter number

The meter number is a numerical character sequence which clearly identifies your measuring device.

17. Meter point reference number

A meter point reference number is an alphanumeric character sequence which clearly identifies a meter point or a place of delivery.

18. Meter reading in m3

This meter reading corresponds to the final meter reading of your meter of the previous yearly meter reading or the meter reading when you moved in at the start of the contract.

19. Meter reading in m3

This meter reading corresponds to the final meter reading of the meter at the time of the current yearly meter reading.

20. Type of meter reading

Each abbreviation specifies by whom and how the meter reading indicated was determined. In total there are 3 different abbreviations:

A = reading (by utility company)
K = customer, where you supply the company with a reading taken yourself
G = estimated reading

21. Difference in m3

This gives you an overview about your current consumption in the meter reading period.

22. Total consumption in m3

This is the total amount of water in cubic metres (m3) which you have used in the billing period.

23. Billing period

Here, we show you the billing period (in days).

24. Total consumption

This is the total amount of water in cubic metres (m3) which you have used in the billing period.

25. Consumption

Here, we show you which consumption has arisen from changes in price or to the meter. The consumption is calculated.

26. Energy price

This is the price valid in the respective time periods which you pay for one cubic metre (m3) of water. The energy price is shown as a net price.

27. Amount

The individual sub-totals are calculated from the amount of water used in cubic metres (m3) multiplied by the valid net energy prices.

28. Basic fee

Similar to the time delimitation of your water consumption, the basic fee (if necessary) is also proportionally delimited to the respective time periods.

29. Basic fee

The basic fee contains the costs for the meter for one year (365 days). Depending on the size of the reading on the meter, a different basic fee is charged.

30. Amount

This is the basic fee which is to be paid pro rata for each time period shown.

31. Net amount

This is the amount in Euros which results from the sum of the amount for the consumption of water and the amount for the basic fee. This is a net price without the statutory value added tax.

32. Value added tax

In accordance with the statutory tax laws, a value added tax of 7% is to be paid for water.

33. Gross amount

This is the total amount including statutory value added tax.

34. Budget billing amount

We calculate the new advanced payment according to your individual consumption patterns.
