- 36. Electricity tax

The electricity tax is a German consumption tax. The Electricity Tax Act entered into force on 1st April 1999 and was changed due to the law to continue the ecological tax reform from 15th February 2000. The amounts collected are paid directly to the state.
- 37. Charges for network-access

- Die Netzentgeltumlage wird nach §19, Abs. 2 StromNEV erhoben.
- Die Offshore-Haftungsumlage wird nach § 17f Abs. 5 EnWG-Novelle erhoben.
